玉米萝卜大骨汤

原材料:玉米棒150克,排骨250克,红萝卜50克,生姜、红枣少许

作法:

1、玉米棒去外皮,切成段,红萝卜切块,排骨砍成块,生姜切处,红枣洗净,备用。排骨汆一下去血水。

2、煲内注入清水(水量自己看着办,多一些),水开后加入姜片、玉米棒、排骨块,用大火煲开,改中瞎埋火煲40分钟。

枸杞煲猪手

原材料:猪手(猪蹄)300克,花生米50克、枸杞50克,生姜5克,红萝卜20克,葱少许。

调味料:盐,鸡精(味精也可),黄酒,胡椒粉。

作法:

1、猪手砍成块,花生米泡透洗净,枸杞洗净,生姜去皮切片,红萝卜去皮切块,葱切花。

2、锅内加水,待水开时放入猪手、红萝卜煮透,捞起待用。

3、在煲内加入猪手、红萝卜、黄酒、花生米、枸杞、生姜、注入清汤加盖煲45分钟蝗,调入盐、鸡精、胡椒粉,再煲5分钟,撒上葱花即可食用。

豆苗蘑菇汤

原材料:豆苗、口蘑、金针菇(量上自己看着办哦)

备料:豆苗、金针菇洗净,口蘑洗净切片,姜去皮切片。

做法:

1、水中放姜片煮,水热后加入口蘑,盖上盖。

2、水开后加入金针菇,稍煮,加入豆苗。

3、水再开后加入适量的色拉油,鸡精,味精,调好味即关火

要点:

1、豆苗易熟,放进豆苗后不要盖盖子,否则烧出来的颜色会兆神尺黄黄的。

2、若有现成的族高鸡汤,可以加一些,呵呵,味道不要太好哦。

冬瓜丸子汤

煲汤原料:冬瓜500克、五花肉250克、葱10 克、生粉少许、盐适量、味精适量

制作过程:

1.将冬瓜去皮并清洗干净,切成小方块待用。

2.把剁碎后的五花肉,加入盐与生粉,捏成肉丸。(不喜欢吃肥的,就用纯精肉吧)

3.先将肉丸放置锅中,并加入适量的净水用小火焖煮。

4.20 分钟后再将冬瓜放入,小火煮15分钟,加入调料,撒上葱花盛出即可。

制作要点:捏肉丸时,一定别忘了加入少量生粉,它可以增强肉丸的牢固性。保持其形状,使肉丸不易被煮碎。若嫌麻烦,直接超市里肉丸也行。
